Our 2025 Impact Report demonstrates how the EveryYouth Network is helping young people overcome barriers and build brighter futures. Through EveryYouth Employed, Homed and Healthy, 2,017 young people took significant steps towards independence last year.
Whether through counselling, housing support, employability programmes or practical financial assistance, our work is focused on creating stable foundations in which young people can thrive.
This year, we expanded EveryYouth’s Network to 21 Delivery Partners and began implementing new data and research tools that will strengthen our understanding of young people’s experiences, identify what works most effectively, and help build a scalable blueprint for national change.
Our approach is simple: young people need more than a roof over their heads. They need belief, opportunity, trusted relationships, specialist support, and the removal of structural and financial barriers that prevent them from reaching their potential. We will continue working towards a future where no young person falls through the gaps.

Key insights from EveryYouth’s 2025 Impact Report:
EveryYouth Healthy
Mental health remains one of the biggest barriers preventing young people from progressing into education, employment and independent living. Through EveryYouth Healthy, young people can access rapid, specialist counselling support when they need it most. After accessing EveryYouth Healthy, 85% reported improved self-esteem and 82% felt more able to manage their mental health independently.
EveryYouth Homed
Affordable housing has become increasingly more difficult for many young people due to rising rents and frozen Local Housing Allowance rates.
Future Builders directly addresses the shortage of affordable homes by refurbishing properties and offering affordable accommodation alongside holistic support. This helps young people develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.
EveryYouth Homed provides tenancy support and financial assistance, helping young people overcome the practical barriers that often prevent them from securing a home. This year 172 young people moved into their own homes, with 85% of those moving into Future Builder properties. At six-month follow-up, 75% were in employment and 87% were living in stable, secure housing.
EveryYouth Employed
Nearly one million young people are not in education, employment or training.
Today’s young people face online application systems, automated screening processes, tests, and recorded interviews before even speaking to an employer. For young people who have experienced homelessness, disrupted education, childhood trauma, or poor mental health; these barriers can feel overwhelming.
EveryYouth Employed provides job coaching, skills development, and practical financial support through Boost grants, helping young people access and sustain opportunities.
In 2025, we’ve supported 441 young people progress into education, employment or training. Delivery Partners have awarded 620 Boost grants, with an average Boost costing just £109. Travel costs more than doubled compared to previous years, highlighting the growing financial barriers young people face when trying to access opportunities.
Project Flourish
Project Flourish is a strategic collaboration between EveryYouth and a leading recruitment business, Hays. Project Flourish works with large national employers to ring-fence jobs for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness across the UK. In 2025 EveryYouth became official partners of The Royal Foundation’s Homewards programme and has supported more than 60 young people into employment so far.
Key achievements include:
- 320% increase in course enrolments
- 23 young people entering employment across healthcare, housing, retail and hospitality
- 87% of young people who reached six months in employment successfully passed probation
